Nino E. Bergamini is the Main Scientific Director of NB&A srl. He graduated from the University of Pisa in 1958 in Medicine. During
his long and exceptional career he has held a number of positions as
Medical Director and Director of Clinical Development with a number of
major pharmaceutical companies. Since 1983 he has been the President
and from 1996 the Scientific Director of NB&A srl. Dr.
Bergamini is a Member of the New York Academy of Sciences, the British
Medical Association and a Fellow of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical
Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians, London. In 1980 was
awarded the Medal of the Purkinje Medical Society for the contribution
to clinical research in the field of tuberculosis. He has published
over 60 papers mainly in the field of clinical research with
antibiotics, antituberculous drugs and NSAIDS.
